You can get your current balance or your last 5 transactions on your account whenever it suits you.

 

Top-up your mobile or third party

Got a pre-pay mobile phone? Top-up your mobile, helping you keep in touch. You can also Top-up your loved ones mobile phone.

 

Bills Payment

You can pay for your DSTV subscription, LSWC, MTN postpaid, MyTv and other utility bills payment through this facility.

Steps to Activate I-Mobile on your phone

• Download I-Mobile/Activation
For MTN, send sms: D ICB to 4045
For AIRTEL, send sms: D ICB to 32060 or 38060
For GLO, send sms: D ICB to 31030

 

Thereafter, click on the link to download

 

Agree to the License by checking the “I Agree” box
Enter your mobile number
Enter your Etranzact Card number
Enter your default PIN
Enter a Memorable Word (security word)
Enter your card expiration date
Select your Network Provider
Select OK or GO
Confirm entries on the Confirmation Page
Click on Proceed
Click YES to send via text message to a stated short code

 

You will get a response saying “Congrats, your profile has been successfully synchronized”

 

Note that your PIN must be changed before using I-mobile application. To change PIN, go to SECURITY option in the imobile application and select CHANGE PIN.

 

To enable GPRS on your phone

 

For MTN, send sms: SETTINGS to 3888
For AIRTEL, send sms: WAP PHONE NAME & MODEL to 232 e.g. WAP SONY ERICSSON K750i to 232
For GLO, send sms: PHONE NAME& MODEL to 927 or 667 e.g. NOKIAN73 to 927 or 667
