If you spend more time marketing than you spend helping your people to develop skills. If you spend more time bringing people than helping your people to overcome their challenges and leverage their strengths.
If you have a bad character or weaknesses that you do not dedicate time to manage and resolve. This business model magnifies our weaknesses and multiplies our strengths. If you have character defects, this business will make it show and you will fail. To succeed, take deliberate efforts to become a better person yourself. Delegate your weaknesses and leverage your strengths. Often we become disgruntled with the business when we ought to be disgruntled with ourselves.
It’s easy to talk about N2.7billion. The real question is who do you need to become to attract this type of wealth. When we work on who we become, what we are meant to get comes to us.
Also don’t listen to people who say it can’t be done. Tell them to get out of the way of the people doing it. A few of us leaders have decided to run with this, and make it happen, don’t let this train pass you. Catch the train!
